Being awesomer…..with Joy McCarthy

In the spirit of trying to ‘be better’, I thought I’d share this book with you.  I actually know this woman and have been to several of her workshops/talks.  I’m sharing it with you because if you really want to make a change, this is a great place to start.  Should you not want to invest in the book, scroll down to the bottom of the post for website information, where Joy shares recipes and tips for better living.
