I’m curious about……Nuxe new launches for January

I have one Nuxe product in my arsenal and it’s a serum.  I’m neither here nor there about it, however…….

I recently received a look book of Nuxe products for Spring/Summer 2014 and wanted to share some items I’m interested in with you.  *Please note, I do not have any samples of these products-these are items I saw in the look book and want to know more about.*

Anti-tightness High Nutrition Balm for Sensitive Skin

WheatenBeauty on YouTube got me interested in balms for moisture.  I’m really curious as to the texture of this product.

fiche_cc-baumecoprs-produitClaims:

This rich balm, formulated with exclusive BIO-BEAUTÉ® by NUXE Natural Cold Cream, nourishes (Organic Sweet Almond Oil), protects the skin barrier (Organic Beeswax) and soothes sensitive skin (Organic Rose Water). It is enriched with Shea Butter and delivers intense and long-lasting 24-hour effectiveness

Initial impression after reading description: I want to know about the texture!

And check this out- Nirvanesque, a line designed for women between the ages of 30 and 40.  How come I didn’t know about this? Could it have made a difference?

The Nirvanesque ‘solution’-no claims here apparently just solutions. I like the sound of that already:

-A double-floral neuro cosmetic action for a ‘Botox-like boosted effect’

-A neuro-relaxing action,promoting ‘well-being’ molecules

-Anti-depressant textures that boost pleasure of application and active ingredient penetration

-eco designed jar in response to environmental concerns of females in the 21st century

Mind blown yet?  Who needs therapy when Nirvanesque is available…..and why wasn’t I asked my opinion of the jar design?

Okay, all kidding aside, this has at the very least got me curious.  While I AM leaving the 30-40 year old group, that doesn’t mean I can’t be curious about these products.

Nirvanesque Light-combination skin

Nirvanesque® Light, a cream for first wrinkles with Peony and Blue Lotus designed to instantly and visibly smooth away wrinkles and fine lines by helping the skin to relax. Skin is instantly relaxed and mattified. Features are de-stressed and the complexion is radiant.

My initial impressions after reading description: anything that mattifies my face is worth a try!

Nirvanesque:

nirva-normNirvanesque®, a cream for first wrinkles with Peony and Blue Lotus which instantly and visibly smoothes away wrinkles and fine lines by helping the skin to relax. Smooth texture enriched with Musk Rose Oil that combines hydrating and anti-wrinkle properties.

My initial thoughts after reading description:  I’d probably go for the light version based on my skin’s behavior.

Nirvanesque Yeux

1374845017-nirva-yeux

This eye contour treatment with Poppy Root and Hyaluronic Acid instantly and visibly smoothes away wrinkles and fine lines by helping the skin to relax.  First eye contour wrinkles are diminished, leaving younger-looking eyes. Dark circles are erased.

My initial thoughts after reading description:  Hyaluronic acid is in dermal fillers-could this actually work?

And there you have it…..would you try any of these miracles above? I’m looking forward to trying at least one.  If you could try any of the products, which one would you try? Tell me in the comments below!

The eye contour sounds nice. That is what I would try, but if my lids relax anymore they will be down to my chin.

@Rebecca I’m interested in a product called ‘eye contour’ -wonder how well it works….or if it works?

I would like to try Anti-tightness High Nutrition Balm for Sensitive Skin. I have very sensitive skin. I would like to see if it helps my skin without becoming irritated. Some products that are labeled for sensitive skin just make my skin feel tight & dry.

@Debbie I look at the titles for these products and think ….come on, really? I’d like to see something that lives up to the hype. If I end up purchasing it, I will let you know! I’m interested in a balm though…..have you tried the one by Benefit? I think it’s called Bathina or something like that….
