Before I officially ‘start’ my blog post, I am going to make a concerted effort to visit local business several times a month and write about them.  It’s important to me to support local ideas!

I discovered atma things upon one of my many The Store On Queen online browses (TSOQ is on my ‘list’ of places to visit btw), was intrigued as TSOQ spoke very highly of the ‘crystal-infused’ skincare products.  If you did not know this about me, I do have a mid-sized crystal collection and believe it crystal energy (this does not replace my religious beliefs just in case you were wondering).

I finally pulled the trigger and purchased the Citrine Sunshine Spring Equinox Limited Edition body butter.

The premise behind this atma things (including the skin care) is Feed the body, nourish the soul.

What I think about it so far:

I certainly picked the ‘right’ butter for me.  The scent of this body butter is absolutely divine-it’s rich and delicious and exotic all at the same time.  It melts right into my skin and doesn’t feel greasy.  The scent lingers very gently and I’ll catch it occasionally (it always seems to happen when I start to hit my 3pm slump-kind of a divine timing thing in my opinion).

Would I recommend it? 

Yes yes yes!

This is the first atma things experience for me, but I would like to try the lotion bar and body milk.  If you’re into malas, their collection is impressive -and I’ve seen they can be customized.  Also offered on the site, crystals,  soy candles, and Holistic Tarot Guidance in the form of Tarot readings (in person or via Skype).  These are the type of products that are great for yourself but could also make a fantastic gift for a friend/family member/co-worker/anyone who needs a little nourishment for their soul.
